At Lasilver Jewelry LLC, we take pride in offering high-quality jewelry at competitive prices. Due to the nature of our jewelry, all sales are final. Please review our policy below before making a purchase.
No Returns or Refunds
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any jewelry items.
We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Damaged or Defective Items
While we carefully inspect all products before shipment, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and, at our sole discretion, determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement for the same item (subject to availability).
Order Issues & Shipping Responsibility
Lasilver Jewelry LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. Any issues related to delivery must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
